Keeping Our Space and Community Safe

Space Shack Coworking

Covid 19 Concept

Our Spaceship is open and available for Space Shakers as usual. To maintain this way, please follow health and safety guidelines to ensure our space is and stays a safe place for everyone.

We are taking the following measures based on sources of government and Gesundheitsamt.

Our commitment has always been to our community and members, and this time is no different.

We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions that consider public health along with our mission.

We are determined to do our part by supporting official actions which are helping to prevent the virus.

3G Regulation

Due to the new regulations of the Infection Protection Act, the 3G rules apply nationwide until March 19, 2022.

The entire Space Shack will officially be a 3G Coworking Space from Monday, November 22nd, 2021.

The most important things in a nutshell:

  • Every employer (including self-employed persons and freelancers) is responsible for compliance with the rules.
  • As the operator, we are required to check the evidence for 3G.
  • Office tenants: Please send us the evidence you have collected from your employees
  • Fix / Flex Desk and Business Address Desk: Please present your evidence during our Front Desk opening times (09:00 – 17:00)
  • If the 3 G rules are not adhered to, the affected members must leave the space.

We thank you in advance for your help and appeal to your social responsibility to adhere to these rules.

Our goal is to keep the Space Shack open for you as a safe place.

The Front Desk can provide single use masks to anyone who does not have one.

Keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between each other. To keep the distance between Space Shaker tables and lounge area seats are blocked with signs and barrier tape. Please respect them.

Communication

In general, and especially in the current situation we are very transparent and want you to be informed all the time. We are staying connected with you via community messages on through Zapfloor.

If you have any further questions, you can send us an email or join us at Front desk.

Meeting Rooms

You can use the meeting rooms as usual. The occupation of meeting rooms is limited. You will find signs in front of the meeting rooms and on Zapfloor program if you will book the meeting room by yourself.

Please find disinfection spray at the tables in every single meeting room. Clean the tables before and after use.

Like in the whole building, our meeting rooms have also a special RLT air ventilation system.

Technology

In our whole building, we have special RLT ventilation systems. Which mean that you will get constantly fresh air in the room through Co2 measuring system and special filters in the ventilation system.

Access control

You have in Space Shack contactless access via your keycards by Salto KS in cooperation with Zapfloor.

Please note, all visitors in our Spaceship must be announced and checked-in at Front desk. If no one is sitting there, please give us a short call. It is inevitable to inform us about every single person, visitor without its own keycard.
